William Charles Clarke

William Thomas Clarke was born May 13, 1948 in Chuquicamata, Chile.  His mother was Helen Andrews Clarke and his father, Charles Dixon Clarke II.  "Billy" lived his early years in different places in South America.  He spoke Spanish fluently.  When a teenager he was sent to the USA to attend a prep school.

Billy graduated from Cornell University in Ithica, New York.  He met Glorya Garafola who was born in Brooklyn, November 16, 1943. Billy and Gloria married October 13, 1973 in Freeville, New York.  They had two children, Tiffany Joy born May 5, 1980 in Syracuse, New York and Chelsea Hope born November 24, 1983 in Hyannis, Massachusetts.

Billy is a photographer and owner of Wm. T. Clarke Studio in Hyannis, Massachusetts.
